These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FormsWiz (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for any forms or content you generate using the App.

2. Google Integration

The App uses Google OAuth and Google Forms API to create and update forms on your behalf. You authorize us to perform these operations on forms created through the App only. We do not access, read, or modify other forms in your account.

3. Data and Privacy

We store only your Google user ID and form IDs of the forms created through the App. We do not store your email, form content, or any other personal data. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you generate. The App and its code are our intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this App. Use it at your own risk.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
